Smoothies are one of my favorite things! Why? Because they are quick and easy to make. So what’s in my blender this morning?
Ingredients:
Frozen strawberries
Frozen raspberries
Frozen blueberries
Frozen banana chunks
Spinach & kale cubes
Why it works:
Berries = antioxidants + brain boost
Banana = natural sweetness + potassium
Spinach & kale = iron, fiber + feel-good greens
Blend with: water, almond milk, or your favorite protein shake base!
