Happy Sunday, everyone! It's that time of the week again - Sunday Smoothie day! As many of you know, I’m a huge fan of smoothies because they are super simple to make.
This Week's Colorful Creation
This Sunday's blend is particularly vibrant with:
Sweet banana chunks for creaminess
Refreshing honeydew melon
Antioxidant-packed blueberries
Frozen cherries (my secret for thickness without ice)
Bright orange carrots for that vitamin A boost
Fresh leafy greens (because sneaking in vegetables is always a win)
A generous sprinkle of pumpkin seeds for healthy fats
Why Sunday Smoothies?
My Sunday smoothie tradition has become my favorite way to reset before a new week. The ritual of picking out the ingredients, blending them and enjoying the results has become a small but important act of self-care for me.
As always, this week's creation came together in less than 5 minutes. Throw everything in the blender, add a splash of liquid ( milk or water), and pulse to perfection.
